Return Policy

Please note we don’t issue refunds on returns. However, customers are allowed to do exchanges. Once the customer receives their order, they have 7 days after the arrival date to exchange it. Customers will be responsible for shipping back their item, the return address will be provided once you contact customer service by email (xoxosapphirebrand@gmail.com). Please note if the item you’re returning is out of stock, you will be provided with store credit in the form of a code. If you prefer to get back the same item but in a different size, we can process it as a pre order only if the warehouse has it, but please keep in mind that pre orders can take 1-2 months to arrive.

Customers are responsible for shipping back the item, and for getting the new item shipped to them. The returned item must have our tag on it, if we receive the item without the tag we can only compensate you with a one time 20% off discount (not an exchange), which can be applied to any order except for our candles. Shipping costs are non-refundable, customers will only receive credit for the items (s). If shipping back an order over $70, customer should consider shipping insurance.

Please note we can’t accept exchanges on the following items: all bodysuits, accessories, swimwear, candles, skincare, masks, any MSS product, custom orders, made to order items and all on-sale items - unless defective submit pictures as proof. These items are considered FINAL SALE.
